Agreement

By placing an order on Chazen 茶禅, you agree to these terms. The sale of goods is subject to these Terms of Service and to applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is captured by PayPal or Stripe. Prices are in USD. International orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country; Chazen does not collect these at checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days, weekdays, China time. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and delivery method. Delivery is typically 7-14 days worldwide. For details see the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

There is a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged. See Shipping & Returns for the full process.

Intellectual property

Product images, page content and the Chazen brand are the property of Chazen. Product names of existing third-party tea or incense houses are not claimed or referenced.

Liability

Chazen is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or events beyond our control. Incense is a flammable material; follow the burning guidance on each product page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the consumer protection laws of the buyer's country. For disputes, contact us first at chazen0917@163.com; we prefer to resolve things by email before anything else.
