Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days, weekdays, China time. Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your destination and the delivery method you choose. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days worldwide, depending on your country and customs.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties in the destination country. Chazen does not collect these at checkout; any duty charged is the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

There is a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged. If something breaks in transit, send us a photo of the parcel and the item within 48 hours of arrival and we will arrange a replacement.

Because incense and tea are consumables and the porcelain is handled at your home, we ask that all three are opened before ordering, if possible, in the way you plan to use them.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
